Phillips County Hospital is currently looking to hire a part-time Executive Recruiter. This position will be responsible for utilizing various tools, job boards and networking techniques to generate a list of candidates for current openings throughout the hospital and medical clinics.
Requirements: Outgoing, friendly and inviting demeanor and attitude are a must. This position will involve initiating conversations with candidates, and being a representative of Phillips County Hospital and our community to potential employees both virtually and in-person. Basic computer and organizational skills are required. Experience in recruiting is helpful. We will train the right candidate.
This position is a contract-to-hire. Travel to networking and recruiting events is required.
Pay will be commensurate with experience and education. All travel expenses will be reimbursed. Bonuses in addition to hourly wages are possible for some hires.
