Phillipsburg Assisted Living Project

The Phillips County Retirement Center board has been considering an assisted living complex for years. In July 2004, the director was approached by the PCRC board to consider assisting with this project. We have assisted with the review of possible financial avenues for the project and the processes by which to move forward on such a project in funding. The PCRC chose to utilize a professional architect and design team to formulate this project in the AgResearch Institute. The PCED gave financial assistance for half the cost of this study and evaluation in the amount of $17,000 dollars to assist with this development project.  This project was completed in the summer of 2008.
