• Start-Up Kansas – Revolving Loan Fund NetWork Kansas:
This revolving loan fund can provide a loan to a business, if a local Network Kansas partner provides financial assistance for the project first, and then applicant meets loan submission requirements. The local network partner must approval financial assistance, before application to the Start-Up Kansas program can be pursued. PCED is a network Kansas partner, so if financial assistance is recieved from the EBE ‘grant’ program, a Start-up Kansas application for a zero-percent loan could be pursued.
