Regional Programs

Some business incentives come from utility and other specialized groups that cover a wider region surrounding the area of Phillips County. Each Program is detailed further on their own website link. Other incentives or programs cover the regional area which may not have a website link are detailed below.

•Rural Telephone – Revolving Loan Fund:

• NW Kansas Rural Business Tax Credit Program – Revolving Loan Fund:
This revolving loan fund information is only available through the North West Kansas Development & Planning office at the current time. Please contact Randy Hrabe at 785.421.2151 or the PCED office for more information or application forms.
• Start-Up Kansas – Revolving Loan Fund NetWork Kansas:  
This revolving loan fund can provide a loan to a business, if a local Network Kansas partner provides financial assistance for the project first,and then applicant meets loan submission requirements.  The local network partner must approval financial assistance, before application to the Start-Up Kansas program can be pursued.  PCED is a network Kansas partner, so if financial assistance is recieved from the EBE ‘grant’ program, a Start-up Kansas application for a zero-percent loan could be pursued.
