Nontraditional Student Scholarship Program

Purpose of Scholarship: To help encourage people in Phillips County who want to upgrade their work skills.

To Apply: Contact the office for the Phillips County Economic Development Board located in the Fischer Building in Phillipsburg for an application. These will be available in March and should be returned no later than May 1. Personal interview may be arranged after applications have been received.

Deadline: May 1, 2013

Kenneth Tharman, Robert Russell, and Michelle Brown are each the recipients of the Non-Traditional Scholarship through the Phillips County Economic Development Scholarship Committee. Kenneth and Robert will both be using their scholarships to continue their education at Fort Hays State University. Michelle is using her scholarship at Colby Community College to continue her education.
