The Rural Business Tax Credit Program – allows you to purchase tax credits that can be applied against your Kansas income taxes and used as a deduction for your federal taxes. The money used to purchase these tax credits stays in a fund to help make loans to entrepreneurial (start-up) and expanding businesses in north-Western Kansas counties – INCLUDING Phillips County
